Paul is quick to tell everyone that he is a black belt. However, if you look very closely at his certificate, it’s a qualification in Origami - the martial art of paper folding.

Paul takes his Judo very seriously indeed. Linda was telling me that since he's moved up a weight he runs five miles before every fight, but his opponents always manage to catch him and beat him up anyway.
