Tight with money

The happy couple picked a beautiful day to get married and it’s been a wonderful occasion so far. But I never received a formal invitation to the wedding, so I just hope I haven’t eaten a meal meant for someone else. Was it merely an innocent oversight, or was Paul being prudent on the stamp buying front?
