Groom’s son

After all the times my dad has been there to share my big life moments, it’s an honor for me to be here today to share his. He’s not just a role model. He’s a roles model. In the roles of dad, mentor, friend, and once again, husband and loving companion, he multi-tasks with a devotion that leaves us “single-taskers” in the dust.

My name is Jason and I’m delighted to be the best man at my father’s wedding. At this point in the proceedings, it is traditional to bring up an embarrassing moment from the groom’s past or to highlight a strange character trait so that you can have a laugh at his expense; but on the basis that dad has got so much more on me than I have on him, in the interest of self preservation, I’m just going to skip that.
