Military buddies

Paul and I first met while serving in the military, and after a lot of tough times together, we eventually became as close as brothers. We had many things in common, but we were very different kinds of soldiers. For instance, I’ve always been the rebellious type, and never liked the higher ranks telling me what to do. But not Paul. Whenever a superior gave a command, he always obeyed and did what he was supposed to. Because of all that experience at following orders, he should make a pretty good husband.
